Heartland Strength Technique Series
Starting Tuesday April 22, 2025
5 Weeks of Weightlifting Technique Classes:
*Every Tuesday from 5:30pm-7:00pm
Open to Non-Members and New Members of Heartland Strength
These small group classes will be very hands-on instruction of thr Olympic style lifts over 5 classes. Those lifts include the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk.
These classes are perfect for new lifters, Crossfitters, coaches, or athletes wanting to increase their knowlegde and technique of the 3 main lifts. We will go over all lift components and identify your strengths and weaknesses. The goal is that each athlete will leave this course with a better understanding of each lift.
Each 90 minute class will be lead by USAW National Coach, Tony Schuster.
Dates/Focus:
4/22 Session 1: Snatch
4/29 Session 2: Clean
5/6 Session 3: Jerk
5/13 Session 4: Snatch
5/20 Sessin 5: Clean & Jerk
*All classes start at 5:30pm
**This class will be limited to 10 athletes to ensure the best individual coaching possible.
