Emotional Resilience Group

Happy Easter everyone!
Christ truly did rise again and because of Him, we all will again too.
For now though, we are asked to live our current lives to the best of our abilities and to become more like Him. And I genuinely believe that that partially means taking care of our mental and physical health. I am not the person in ward to talk about how to take care of your body physically (talk to Boden or someone) but the self reliance council and I are going to start hosting emotional reliance group on Tuesdays at my house. Meetings will go from 7-8pm (though if you want to hang out a little after that’s cool) and I will be making snacks and treats to share. �
Everyone, regardless of whether you can make it every week or not, is invited and encouraged to come! I will put my address in the comments ��
