💙 Have you ever wanted to create some of these gorgeous Prussian Blue art prints? I have been making these for years and recently completed the 100 day project and got so many questions that I decided to teach a workshop!
💙 All supplies will be provided, and you will leave with some gorgeous prints on paper and fabric.
We will use botanicals, everyday objects and black and white transparencies. If you have a photo you would like to create a cyanotype image from (a person, or group of people, a pet, a home - it can be any photo you would like), you can send me an image and I will create a transparency for you to use in the workshop and keep afterward.
💙 In the workshop we will:
💙 learn how to apply mix and apply the chemicals to treat the paper and fabric
💙 learn how to create your own transparencies if you want to do so after the workshop
💙 practice layering transparencies for unique prints
how to time your exposures so that you will achieve the best levels of blue color
💙 create both paper and fabric prints
💙 receive a PDF packet with a suggested supply list and all the information we cover in the workshop for later reference
💙💙 I'll have some goodie bags for all artists in the workshop as well as some door prizes. I always like my students to walk away from their time with me feeling super inspired and confident in the skills they have gained.
