Meet Mary Beth Erps & Andrea McCarter

Sisters and co-owners of Clothes Mentor Omaha, Mary Beth and Andrea, opened their women’s resale boutique in June 2023, combining their business backgrounds and love for fashion.

Clothes Mentor Omaha offers a wide variety of gently used luxury, designer, and store-brand clothing in all sizes, along with shoes, handbags, accessories, and jewelry. Customers can sell their gently used items for cash or receive more in-store credit.

Tina is a personal stylist, image coach, and speaker who helps women reconnect with their confidence, presence, and personal power—starting with what they see in the mirror. With over two decades in corporate leadership and a background in education, Tina brings a rare blend of structure, soul, and style to her work. But her story goes deeper. After walking through seasons of emotional and physical abuse, she chose to rebuild—not just her life, but her identity. Today, she uses personal style as a catalyst for reinvention, helping women who feel stuck or unseen reclaim their light and show up as the radiant, magnetic women they were always meant to be. Through her Signature Style Experience program, one-on-one services, and inspiring talks, Tina guides women to stop playing small and start dressing—and living—for the life they truly want.

Mourdjana Batcha is a fashion designer and the CEO of M.J. Queen Beauty & Fashion, founded in 2011 to create custom African-inspired clothing. Starting from humble beginnings in her home, she turned her dream into a thriving business, officially opening a boutique in Omaha, NE, in 2017. Today, M.J. Queen Beauty & Fashion offers a wide range of handcrafted attire, including bridal gowns, tuxedos, and formal wear for all ages and body types.

Driven by purpose, Mourdjana is passionate about empowering the next generation of fashion professionals. Through fashion and design, she aims to inspire, educate, and promote African heritage.

Lianna Austin is a former Miss Nebraska’s Teen, two-time Miss Nebraska Runner-Up, and the inaugural Mrs. Nebraska American. The 4-H alum and TV journalist turned marketer now works at Gallup, advising partners on clients and registrations. Lianna lives in Omaha with her husband, Cory, and loves to share sustainable style and creative upcycles on Instagram (@laust_in_found)!
