Alternative Christmas Mall

According to the National Retail Federation, holiday shopping sales are predicted to top $950 billion this season, with 180 million people predicted to shop just during Thanksgiving weekend. Imagine the great things that would be possible if even a fraction of these funds were intentionally directed towards mercy and justice?

We have the opportunity to make thoughtful purchases at our Alternative Christmas Mall at FUMC on December 7th, 14th, and 21st. Plan to shop at our Alternative Christmas Mall for donations to charitable organizations as well as fair trade items from local vendors. As you plan your holiday shopping, consider spending in support of mercy and justice.
