Mandy Currans runs this wonderful class for all abilities, ages and levels of fitness/ability/injury. Qi Gong is a class in which you will move meditatively with many easy flowing sequences and exercises to open energy pathways for the energy flow that brings health and vitality.
We invite you to join the last class before the summer of this sought-after flow in the Great Hall of the Tara Centre.
