About the event

Dru Yoga - Last drop-in class before the summer
We invite you to join the last class of our sought-after Dru Yoga class in the Great Hall of the Tara Centre (rear entrance). Dru Yoga postures are the same as Hatha Yoga postures but done in a flowing manner for energy block release and energy flow. No previous experience or ability level is necessary as the exercises cater for all abilities and levels, you may also use a chair if needed.
Drop-ins welcome.
