Class will be one hour of gentle movement, light & laughter - and the rest will follow. Suitable for all abilities.
What you need: Wear comfortable clothing.

6 week booking recommended, £35.00.
Drop In available. £7 per class.

Session will take place in the Great Hall, best to use rear entrance of the Tara Centre. On-premise parking available for badge holders.
