BodyTalk’s Physical Energetics therapy; a hands-on therapy that works with the body’s natural energetic blueprint. Using gentle touch, breath, and movement, it helps ease physical tension, shift emotional blocks, and bring a greater sense of balance. This approach can be especially supportive for those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or carrying stress or past trauma in the body.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique that encourages deep relaxation, reduces stress, and restores energetic balance within the body. During your session, Eugene will focus on aligning and clearing your chakras to help you feel more grounded, centered, and revitalised.
