**About Eddie K**
Eddie Kaufman is a 20-year-old Mid Valley High School alumnus who was recently diagnosed with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Eddie has always shown immense dedication, resilience, and heart—on and off the field. He's spent years as an accomplished athlete, playing both baseball and golf competitively for Mid Valley High School and Roanoke College.
Eddie now finds himself in the fight of his life, battling this aggressive form of blood cancer.

Communities all over Northeastern PA have helped Eddie and the Kaufman family by providing moral and emotional support, and through monetary donations. Donations are important in that they help support not only medical care, but travel, gas, lodging and other expenses the family continues to incur through the treatment and wellness process.

**Team Eddie K Fundraiser**
This Labor Day, please join the CrossFit Vertex Community for a Team Eddie K fundraiser.
**What to Expect**
Bring your workout clothes and a pair of sneakers for a super simple CrossFit workout. Our coaches will warm you up, guide you through each movement, and coach you throughout the full workout.
The workout is easily modifiable for any limitation, age, ailment, injury, etc.
Our coaches will make sure you're moving safely while still breaking a sweat. 😀

9:00 AM and 11:00 AM
**Who Can Attend**
Current CrossFit Vertex members, friends, family, neighbors, cousins, some fitness experience, no fitness experience, grand parents, marathon runners, baseball players, pickleball enthusiasts, brothers and sisters, you get the idea!
Youths and teens aged 10 years or older are welcome to attend and workout as well!
