✨Class Structure: What to Expect✨
Each session will flow in a gentle, supportive rhythm.
• Opening Grounding (5 min): Breath, body, or movement practice to arrive in the present moment.
• Weekly Teaching (10–15 min): A short talk introducing the theme.
• Guided Mindfulness Practice (15–20 min): Breathing, body awareness, or compassion meditation.
• Reflection & Journaling (5–10 min): Time to explore personal insights.
• Closing (2–3 min): Gentle breath or affirmation to end the session.
