Grab two friends and hit up the CrossFit Vertex Ergathlon on Saturday, 8/16/2025. You do not need to be a CrossFit Vertex Member to participate but you do need a waiver on file (and a drop in fee of $20).

The first heat starts at 8 AM (Saturday classes will be canceled), second heat around 9 AM, and the third heat most likely 10 AM. Times may change a bit.

Details:
**Format: Three person teams, any gender combination (e.g. MMM, FFF, MMF, FFM, you get the idea)
**Divisions: Long and Short (this may change, see below)
**Events: Concept2 Row, Concept2 Bike, Concept2 Ski, and Run (in that order)
**Cost: Free ($20 drop in fee for non-members)
We're capping around 18 teams. If you want to compete, you'll register on the Competition Corner page (coming soon).

Additional Details:
**Workload: Must complete one movement before moving onto the next. Athletes can segment the workload however they see fit. An athlete may completely sit out a movement.
**Scoring: All movements scored in time. Movements are scored separately, lowest point total wins.
**Waivers: All participants must have a waiver on file with CrossFit Vertex. If you don't, come early (the doors will be open). Teen athletes require a legal guardian to sign the waiver.
**Athlete Check-in: Athletes must check in 30 minutes before their heat times.

Row: 12,000M
Bike: 20,000M
Ski: 10,000M
Run: 6 Miles
Short:
Row: 7,000M
Bike: 12,000M
Ski: 5,000M
Run: 3 Miles
