Winter Wellness Intensive: creating your wellness tool kit

This class will help you bring together all the herbal goodness you need for winter illness prevention and/or support.

You will learn easy to make remedies for eyes, ears, nose, throat, lungs, immune, and skin. Several helpful remedies will be made in class for you to learn and take home including elderberry syrup, fire cider, and much more!

Come join us and be ready to experience a much healthier winter!

Class fee is $55 and includes all materials, printed materials , and recipes
