Track Tuesday - Capital High School
We'll start with our 10 minute warm up, drills and exercises.
Adn then we'll enjoy a fresh post run treat:)

Dennis and I are on week #2 of our Couch to 5k program if anyone wants to join us!

Seated Hip rotations. (15 ea)

Dead Bugs (15 ea)

Workout:

3 X 1200 meters
2 X 800 meters

All with 200 meters recovery
