TD & True Olympians Record Release Show

Tom Dyer and The True Olympians will play a record release show for “History of Northwest Rock Vol. 2: 1970-1980” on Sunday, Sept. 28 from 6:00-9:00pm at Wild Child, 414 4th Ave, E
Olympia, WA, 98501 - (360) 995-7151. Danny Kelly of The Hinges is opening.
This is the True Olympians’ first show in two years and is their only planned show for the release.
The show is a benefit for Thurston County Foodbank!
This is Dyer’s third “history” album, following 2015’s "History of NW Rock Vol. 1: 1959-1968" and 2023's "Olympia: A True Story". This one interprets songs by Pacific NW punk bands circa '77-'80, plus a few pre-punk selections, Ballin'jack, Heart and Hendrix.
The album is being distributed nationally by Burnside Distribution on September 19. It has been pre-released to Olympia stores Rainy Day Records and Mossy Bottom Records.
