SOUND HEALING & YOGA NIDRA WORKSHOP with Co-Hosts Kristen Rubis and Amanda Lux
Join us for a soothing workshop that blends sound healing and yoga nidra guided meditation for a deeply relaxing experience. This is your chance to slow down and reconnect with your mind and body, finding the rest and relaxation you deserve.
We'll start with gentle, restorative yoga poses accompanied by sound healing to ease physical tension and ground you for the guided meditation. Next, you'll experience yoga nidra, where we’ll guide you through releasing tension and visualizing peace. Finally, immerse yourself in a sound bath filled with the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and other gentle instruments.
