Sound & Spirit: Exploring the Chakras Workshop Series

Every 4th Friday from September through March | 4:30–6:00 PM at Kindred Moon Radiance Apothecary

Join us for a 7-part journey through the chakras, weaving together circle time, sound healing, and integration. Each 90-minute gathering begins with tea and sharing circle to explore the qualities of the particular chakra we'll be focusing on exploring that month. Then, we’ll settle into a seated sound bath attuned to that energy center, using a variety of sound healing instruments. We’ll close with an integration circle, creating space to reflect, share, or journal.

Caffeinated and decaffeinated tea, chairs, and cushions are provided. Please bring your journal and anything else to feel most comfortable.

• Dec 26 – Heart Chakra
• Jan 23 – Throat Chakra
• Feb 27 – Third Eye Chakra
• Mar 27 – Crown Chakra
