Sock Monkey Workshop
Tuesday, April 14, 2026, 5:30-8:00pm
at the POWER office downtown
309 5th Avenue SE, Olympia, WA 98501
Facilitated by POWER Board Member Kevette Palmas. At this workshop for low-income folks and allies, we will each make a sock monkey & write a story to go with the sock monkey, for the Sock Monkeys for Social Justice Project. The sock monkey can represent you or someone you know.
Your Sock Monkeys and their stories can be displayed and/or for sale at Arts Walk (April 24th and 25th) at POWER or you can take it home with you. Your choice, It's your creation. :)
(Also, Kevette is very talented in doing designs of other animals too)
Food and childcare provided!
