Sip & Sound: A Cozy Tea & Sound Bath Pause

Step in from the bustle of Arts Walk and settle into a cozy autumn pause at Kindred Moon Apothecary. Together we’ll sip warm tea, share in a sacred circle, and then relax into a mini sound bath designed to soothe the body and quiet the mind.

Expect gentle tones that create a calming soundscape for rest and renewal. This isn’t a workshop or a lecture; it’s a simple, nourishing reset to help you feel grounded and restored before continuing your Arts Walk journey.

Come as you are. Cushions, chairs, and tea (both caffeinated and decaf) will be provided, but please do feel free to bring anything that makes you feel most comfortable. Space is limited to 12 per session.
