🌿 Workshop 1: “Soil & Self: What Nourishes Us?”

Begin with the basics: healthy soil and healthy humans are built the same way—diverse, dynamic, and alive. This session introduces regenerative gardening practices while exploring gut health, boundaries, and the importance of nutrient exchange. Includes a compost demo and a guided practice on nourishment mapping for body and life.

From medicinal gardens to mutual aid networks, we imagine tangible steps toward wellness, justice, and regeneration. Ends with a collaborative planting and a shared meal.
