Are you in a relationship that could benefit from more intentional, nourishing touch? Do you ever feel like your partner doesn’t quite understand how you want or need to be touched…or even that you want touch to be a bigger part of your relationship? Do you find that you hesitate to ask for touch—like a neck or back rub—because it often feels uncomfortable or ineffective?

Many people haven’t been taught even basic anatomy or how to offer touch that feels supportive rather than physically or emotionally draining. Mixed signals, unspoken expectations, and a lack of body understanding can quietly become obstacles to relationship growth.

If you notice resistance around touch, difficulty communicating your needs, or uncertainty about how to give and receive touch without pressure or expectation, this class is for you. Together, you and your partner will explore new ways of connecting through intentional, respectful, and informed touch.

Join us for 2 hours at the SHI Center, a collaborative center where both Dr. Delores and Jakob’s businesses are located. You will join 4 other couples to embark on an evening of self-love and healing touch.
