Procession of the Species Pageant

The library will be participating in Olympia’s Procession of the Species Parade again this year. Come with us and experience this local tradition! The Procession takes place on April 26th at 4:30 PM. Check out more information here at their website: https://www.procession.org/

We are drawing inspiration from Eric Carle's 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' and dressing up as caterpillars and butterflies for the Procession parade.

The Procession is focused on environmental protection; therefore, most materials available will be recycled or reused. Please ensure your costume aligns with these standards!

We will be meeting in the library's atrium at 3:30 and walking to our assembly point in the 'Earth' section together.
