This is one of the many ‘Amazing Grace sessions with Nook by Nature’ taking place in the Cowper & Newton Museum summer house garden, this summer.

‘Yoga and Meditation in the Gardens’ will be hosted by Helen Stephenson, in collaboration with Nook by Nature. The Cowper & Newton Museum is delighted to be their chosen venue.

Nook by Nature is a community based project that helps you find stillness through a deeper connection to nature and yourself. Beautiful events in natural settings with sessions that bring you to a place of joy and inner peace.

For the Yoga session chairs will be provided if sitting is easier.
