✨ Relax & Restore – Thursday 11th December | 6.30–8.30pm ✨

I’ve opened up bookings for my next deeply relaxing evening workshop, and I would love you to join me.
This session blends Somatics, Yin, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra – the perfect combination to unwind, soothe the nervous system, and gently balance the body before winter settles in.

You can join in the studio, or enjoy it from home in your pyjamas, with soft lighting and a few candles if you wish. 🕯️✨

Expect slow, nurturing practices, lots of support, and space to fully let go.
