High on Healing

Let the grass meet your feet, and the stillness meet your soul.

Join us under open skies for a grounding outdoor experience that blends mindful movement, connection, and nature’s calm. This gentle, all-levels yoga flow will guide you back into your body and breath—perfect for releasing stress and reconnecting with your inner peace.

Each participant will receive a prompted intuitive journal to capture reflections or anything that surfaces during your practice.

After the session, stay and vibe with a like-minded community over local snacks and natural products from Jive Hive. The pop-up farm stand will be open with eggs, goats milk soap and lotion, tallow, sourdough starters and sourdough loaves, and other delicious snacks.

All are welcome. Come as you are—just bring an open heart, a yoga mat, and your favorite cozy blanket. Respectful, conscious vibes only. This is a rain or shine event, please dress in layers for outdoor weather. Dry weather will allow us to be in open grassy field between the trees and the farm pastures. In the case of inclement weather, the session will be held under the cover of the large pavilion at the back of the farm, surrounded by nature.
