Doc Walk -Sept 28

Join us on the last Sunday of the Month at the Bandshell + Community Park.

This casual community walk is a great way
to get outside, get moving, and connect with
others. Each month features a short, engaging
talk on a health or wellness topic, followed by
a relaxed group walk at your own pace. This is
not a time for personal medical questions, but
a chance to get spend time walking together.

Register in advance to let us know you’re
coming or drop in—just bring comfortable
shoes and a curiosity about your health and
well-being!
