Soap and Soap Dish Workshop

Learn the process of making all-natural soap by the cold process method with Linda of Linda’s Soaps & Things. While creating a batch of soap, the instructor will review soap making safety, overall process, tips and resources. During the process we will explore several essential oils so you can create your own personal scent blends. Each participant receives a portion of the batch to create two of their own custom soaps with their scent blends, exfoliants and molds from several choices. Participants also select a small clay soap/trinket dish to paint. Clay on Main will glaze and fire your dish to pick up with your soap at a later date. The workshop will last about 3 hours. Safety glasses, gloves, aprons and all materials are provided. Long sleeves are recommended. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
