Canal Community Days - Paw Paw Campground

Join the C&O Canal Trust for Canal Community Days, our annual public volunteer program that brings people into the park for beautification and trash removal projects all along the 184.5 miles of the towpath from Georgetown, Washington, D.C. to Cumberland, Maryland. Canal Community Days supports preservation, conservation, maintenance, and beautification efforts, and enhances the recreational and interpretive experiences of millions of visitors from around the world each year. Join us for a day of clean up projects in Allegany County at Paw Paw Campground on August 2 2025!
