Bumps & Babies Support Group: Pelvic Floor Health 🌱

Join us for our last Bumps & Babies Support Group of the year!

This month we’re focusing on pelvic floor health with special guest Dr. Shazida Sarwar (OTD, OTR/L) of Nurturing Beginnings Therapy.

Dr. Sarwar specializes in pelvic floor and women’s health support for pregnancy and postpartum. She’ll share practical tips, answer your questions, and help you understand what’s normal, what’s not, and how to feel stronger and more supported in your body.
