FIT4MOM Workout: New & Expecting Mamas Welcome

Hey mamas — give yourself 45 minutes of movement, connection, and self-care. We’ve partnered with FIT4MOM to bring you a community-focused, all-levels workout right here at Buddha Belly Doulas in our Westchase location.

Expect strength + cardio + mobility + a little laughter. Whether you’re pregnant, recently postpartum, or just ready to move your body and meet your village — this class is for you.

What to bring:
*Water
*We have some yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own mat or towel if you would prefer.
*Comfortable clothes you can move in
