Come along to Emma's classes, have fun & learn how to socialise your puppy correctly & safely with a Professional Trainer, Accredited Behaviourist & Experienced Vet Nurse with over 20 years experience.

Learn how to train your puppy using only kind, fair & effective methods using the clicker to help enable you to develop a strong bond & a solid lifelong partnership. Training is all about having fun for both dogs and their owners!

Puppies thoroughly enjoy learning! A dogs critical learning age is before 16 weeks of age & their social window closes quickly between 12-14 weeks, so the more you teach them at a young age, the better!

It is imperative that dogs are taught in a relaxed and stress-free environment. Classes are small & only have a maximum of 6 puppies which helps ensure you receive the best tuition.

Emma likes to train outside whenever possible as she feels dog's learn so much better in an outdoor natural environment. However in poor or cold weather conditions the venue provides access to a superb indoor, heated training hall.

All puppies under 20 weeks of age who are fit and well & have started their vaccination programme (one week post first vaccine), can join Competent Canines puppy socialisation and training course (at owners discretion).

Courses take place in Oldland Common BS30 on Saturday mornings.

- * 1 X ONE TO ONE ONLINE CONSULTATION (can be booked in at any point from the time of booking to the end of your training course). This appointment will give you a chance to discuss any issues you may be having specific to your puppy.

*Should you have difficulty going online, please contact Emma for an alternative. The online session can take place via a social platorm of your choice.

- 4 X GROUP CLASSES (Only 6 dogs in a class to ensure ultimate tuition is provided).
