Sunday Sound Bath

I’d love for you to join me in July, for a beautiful relaxing, gentle sound bath ✨

Using the Crystal Alchemy bowls and various other instruments, let your body soften, your mind to be free, and allow your nervous system to soften. All is needed from you, is to receive.

Sound can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, support mental clarity, enhance connection with self, boost mood and positivity and can reduces physical discomfort, amongst many other benefits.
