ChakraFlow is a gentle somatic movement practice designed to help you release stored emotions, realign your energy, and step into your highest potential—all through the wisdom of the chakras and elements.

It includes movement, breathwork, and visualization along with modern mindfulness techniques.

Through gentle yet powerful movement, you will experience a deep release of stored emotions, increased clarity, and a profound reconnection to your body and soul.

Held at the gorgeous Zen Base above Hair Base Salon, 658 Oldham Road Failsworth M35 9DU



This is a smaller more intimate setting for up to Maximum 8 people

Mats, Blankets and Pillows are provided.
