Hi everyone. I ’m looking to start a meditation group at St. John’s Church, Failsworth so I’m doing a FREE taster session this coming Thursday, 2nd October, 7pm.

It is a seated meditation but you might want to bring a blanket or jumper in case you feel cooler while meditating and water as you may feel like your mouth is dry.
