Friends Event - Peter Stanaway

Local artist Peter Stanaway will talk about his life in art and his painting style.

Peter Stanaway is a highly regarded member of Manchester Academy of Art. His work is also highly sought after and has been exhibited throughout the North West including Manchester City Art Gallery, Salford Art Gallery and Liverpool Cathedral. His paintings are sharp, graphically structured and yet have a sense of softness.
He is heavily influenced by the people and places around him, painting his local locations in his own unique style. Gallery Oldham has Peter Stanaway Paintings in their collection.
