Sound Bath Meditation with Cats!
✨Come vibe with our kitties at our first-ever Sound Bath Meditation with Cats! ✨
Join us on Thursday, July 31st from 5:30-6:30pm for a one-hour relaxation experience, including peaceful vibrations, relaxing sounds, and of course cats! Enjoy gentle stretching and a guided meditation on your mat with the kitties, followed by Jennifer King, RYT, playing gentle melodies at healing frequencies from her Panda Drum and Tibetan Singing Bowl. No experience necessary. Minimum age is 16. Bring a yoga mat and socks.
