Free Women’s Self Defense Seminar

Join us for the first in a series of women’s self defense seminars! These are free to the public, for all women over the age of 16. You will be learning and practicing real self defense skills and concepts rooted in jiu jitsu. Instructors Sebastian Rodriquez and Caleb Riker have a combined fifty years of martial arts experience, and are excited to give back to the community

Seminar begins at 10:30 AM Saturday August 16 and runs until 12:30. Invite your friends and share with everyone you know!
