The Way of the Magdalene: Reclaiming the Fire within

Join Kelly Graham and Beth Brown for a dynamic workshop incorporating movement, sound, meditation, visualization, cacao and essential oils for a fun and engaging afternoon connecting and reclaiming your inner fire.
Mary Magdalene’s message was and still is one of truth, courage, and compassion. In this workshop, we will explore the connection between our sacred womb and throat chakras, as well as expanding our heart space.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring water and a journal and/or something to write on. No yoga experience is necessary.
