Restorative Yoga & Reiki

Rae will be at the studio next Sunday 8/24!

Space is limited to 8 people, pre-registration is required for this one.�

This class combines holding passive restorative yoga poses with receiving reiki therapy from the teacher. The use of blankets, bolsters, and blocks support traditional restorative postures, which are held for 7-10 minutes, allowing full relaxation of the muscles.
