Your evening begins with a guided distillery tour, followed by a curated spirit and cocktail tasting, and concludes with a five-course plated dinner designed to showcase our house-made spirits in every dish.

Led by Eric, our Head Distiller, featuring an inside look at the facility, build-out, distilling process, and Modern Alchemist spirits.
6:00 – 6:30 PM | Spirit & Cocktail Tasting
Led by Adam, our General Manager, at the upstairs bar, highlighting our cocktail program and spirit applications.
6:30 – 8:45 PM | Plated Dinner
A five-course, seasonal contemporary American menu (non-Latin cuisine), with each dish incorporating select Modern Alchemist spirits.
