Gratitude & Inner Stillness Sound Bath

This month, we focus on gratitude and the quiet stillness that comes with late autumn. As the energy of the season slows, this sound bath will guide you into deep relaxation and reflection, helping you pause before the busyness of the holidays. Together, we’ll create space to appreciate the present moment, honor the lessons of the past year, and open our hearts in preparation for Thanksgiving, so you can approach the holiday grounded, centered, and full of gratitude.


Preparing for Your Session:​

✨ Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.
✨ Mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows will be provided, feel free to bring anything else you love for extra coziness.
✨ Wear comfortable clothing and bring water if you'd like.
✨​Doors open at 6:30 pm
