Rest, Reflection, and Renewal Sound Bath

Close out the year with a sound bath that invites you to rest, reflect, and renew. This healing experience will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, helping you release the old year and prepare for the new with a clear mind and open heart.


Preparing for Your Session:​

✨ Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.
✨ Mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows will be provided, feel free to bring anything else you love for extra coziness.
✨ Wear comfortable clothing and bring water if you'd like.
✨​Doors open at 6:30 pm
