About the facilitators
Courtney Beam
Courtney weaves her background as a Registered Nurse, Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, and SUP yoga guide into heart-centered offerings that help people reconnect with their bodies, release what no longer serves them, and find wholeness through nature and presence. She brings her love of water, breath, and embodied healing to each gathering.
Jacob Carson
Jacob’s yoga journey began in 2020 when he began a regular practice to help with lower back pain. Initially interested in physical relief, he soon noticed the mental benefits of his practice and yoga has become an essential part of his life. In 2024 he underwent yoga instructor training and through that process discovered his love and talent for sound healing. He specializes in the use of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments to guide listeners into a state relaxation and release.
