Step into a gentle, grounding space designed to soothe your nervous system and reconnect you with your internal wisdom, and sense of ease. This 90-minute restorative yoga workshop is an invitation to slow down, soften, and restore balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Together, we’ll explore supportive practices that calm the body and quiet the mind. Our time will include:

Gentle breathwork techniques to regulate and ground
Restorative yoga postures using props for deep relaxation
Guided meditation to anchor awareness
Focused sound practices to shift and harmonize internal states
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to invite deep rest and renewal

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or simply in need of a nourishing reset, this workshop offers techniques to build resiliency, unwind, reconnect, and rest deeply.
