About the event

2025 Annual Meeting

Join us Thursday, July 25th for our 2025 Annual Meeting.

Drive-Thru Registration and Voting will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the OSU-IT Campus in Okmulgee. Registration and voting for our in-person festivities will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Covelle Hall. The business meeting will start at 7 p.m.

We will have over $8,000 in cash prizes available to anyone who registers at the drive-thru or in-person event. Every member who registers will receive $20 off their electric bill.

We will post additional details as we get closer to the event.
