Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing Journey: A 4-Week Chakra Series with Victoria

Join us for a deeply restorative 4-week experience that blends the healing power of Yoga Nidra—a sleep-based meditation practice—with the vibrational medicine of sound healing, all woven through the lens of the chakra system.

Each week, we’ll focus on a different set of chakras, the energy centers that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You’ll be gently guided into a state of conscious rest through Yoga Nidra, a practice often described as “yogic sleep,” where your body finds deep restoration while your mind remains aware. From this receptive state, we’ll move into a sound bath infused with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, natural sounds, and vocal tones—all attuned to support energetic alignment and balance.

No prior experience is needed—just come as you are. This series is suitable for all levels and is especially supportive for anyone seeking deep rest, emotional release, and a more connected relationship to self.
