**2:00 PM - Meet & Greet**
Kick off the event with some friendly faces! Join us for a casual meet and greet where we can get to know one another before we hit the mats. Bring your energy and excitement!
**Instruction with Professor Dana Winters**
Get ready to learn from the incredible Professor Dana Winters! She’ll share her expertise and empower us with skills to stay safe while having fun. Don’t miss this chance to learn from the best!
**Spotlight on Forever a Fighter**
After our training session, we’ll dive deeper into the amazing work of Forever a Fighter Foundation. Discover how this nonprofit is making a difference in the lives of women recovering from domestic violence. Let’s come together to support this vital cause!
**Open Rolls**
Time to put those skills to the test! Join us for some open rolls where we can practice what we’ve learned and enjoy some good old-fashioned aggressive snuggling.
**3:30 PM - Silent Auction Closes**
The moment of truth! Check back to see if you snagged the items you were bidding on. All proceeds go to Forever a Fighter, so thank you for your support!
This event is open to all ladies aged 6 and up, and all skill levels are welcome! If you’re experienced, bring your girlfriends along to introduce them to this amazing community. All gyms are invited!
