Serenity Saturdays: Pilates with FloState Studio

Join FloState Studio for a refreshing and empowering outdoor Pilates class. This energizing mat Pilates session is designed to strengthen your core, sculpt your muscles, and improve your posture. Whether you’re a Pilates pro or brand new to the practice, this all-levels class will meet yo uwhere you are and help you flo with power and pose. Led by FloState’s expert instructors, you’ll experience precise, mindful movement that leaves you feeling strong, aligned, and totally recharged.
