Scissortail OKC DOUBLE Contra Dance AND Election Night!

Come join us and bring a friend for an afternoon (2-5) and an evening (7-10) of contra in Oklahoma City! Various Scissortail callers will call to music from Jacob Chen and Cieran Mordan! We look forward to dancing with you!

Scissortail’s Membership Month concludes with Elections at the Fourth Saturday dance of September! Please come and be prepared to vote at our DOUBLE DANCE if you have renewed your membership! If you cannot come to OKC for this dance and are a member, there will be an online voting option as well.

***All of our dances have moved to a sliding scale: pay what you can from $5 to $25! Don't let money stop you from dancing!***

* Your first dance as a new (or renewed) member is free! The minimum membership fee is $25, and additional donations are gratefully received!
