Select TICKETS to schedule your Pick up time.

All consignors must schedule a Pick-up time to ensure we have enough help to get you in and out quickly . You can arrive any time between your scheduled time.

Please have these pick up instructions with you:

Consignor Pick Up Instructions in easy steps:

1) Collect Non-Clothing Items and your small plate from the table

Go to the tables which are organized by Consignor # and letter, with letters posted on the front of tables.

Walk around the table to ensure all your items are located. Some items may be located under the table.

2) Collect Clothing Items and your large plate from the clothing racks

Go to the clothing racks. Clothing is sorted by Consignor # and letter, with letters posted on the front of each rack.

There may be more than one bundle of clothes so check your items/surroundings carefully.

3) Collect Large Baby Equipment/Toys

Larger items are located at the back of the building - ask a team member if you don’t see them.

4) Check Stained & Defective Area

These items are not sorted with your regular items. On Pick-up day, we will email the stained items list, please check the email before you arrive. You will look through the area to find any stained/defective items you may have.

5) Check Lost & Found

Look through this area to identify any items that lost tags and may belong to you. We record your name and items claimed.

Turn in BOTH of your PLATES to the JBF Team Member on the way out

Load your Items in your car & DOUBLE CHECK
As you load items in your car, double check and make sure you don’t have mis-sorted items.
